Use the 311 system by telephone or online to report safety and repair issues in public spaces — parks, traffic medians, and pathways.  UCAN Public Spaces Committee members and UCAN Board members have been using this system, and the City has been responsive.

Reports are best submitted online. To submit a report on-line for public spaces in Berkeley, follow this instruction sheet, and then use this link. Attaching photos of downed trees and dead shrubs to the email is helpful to let the city know about potentially dangerous conditions. Your involvement will help keep our neighborhood safe and in good repair.
